New Rule Change Proposal: "DFA Rule"
So this rule passed in our sister hockey league and has been popular. Here's how it works.
It operates similar to when a MLB team "DFA's" the player where the team still has time to trade the player if anyone is interested.
So if a team drops a player in Yahoo, the player can still be traded up to 24 hours of when the player was dropped.
And if a team posts that they're unprotecting a prospect, the prospect can still be traded up to 24 hours and can be traded as protected.
Does anybody want to put this up for a vote to have this in our baseball league too?
In favor of this. Simple change. Encourages communication. Gone very well in other league.
