Players that need to be moved off preseason IL
Sorry for going back and forth guys. I'm just exhausted. But Ill knock this out real quick. Following teams have made FA picks with players stashed in preseason IL that are a lock to be ready for MLB opening day. So each team on this list needs to either make space for the players below, trade them, or cut them. I'll leave it up to Justin on if he wants to post his pick or wait until the teams below have figured out their roster stuff.
Pirates: Matt Boyd and Randy Dobnak.
Nationals: Aroldis Chapman, Tanner Scott, and Tyler Stephenson. (I'm fine with Nats keeping Nick Gordon and Garrett Mitchell on preseason IL because they've been injured during spring training and it's not a lock they'll be ready in time by opening day)
I only checked the teams that have already posted FA picks. I'll check the other team's preseason IL list after they post their FA pick. Or if you have questions on if a player is eligible, you can ask me too
