TOMORROW: Deadline for org change requests and rule changes

Are we really going to have zero rule change proposals??? It's looking like that could be the case. But if anyone wants to propose anything tomorrow is the last day to do it.
Same for org change requests. Those are due and need to be locked in by no later than 1159pm west coast time.
Org changes will be announced Friday morning.

We've tried rule changes. They all get voted down. Shrug.
