This is a vote to determine whether we change our league rules for what qualifies as a rookie to just 130 AB's or less for hitters and 50 innings pitched or less for pitchers.

Needs 7 YES votes to pass.

Currently we have 3 YES votes to pass new rookie rules that cut out the service time part vs 1 NO vote.

This needs 4 more YES votes to pass. 8 teams have yet to vote.

Changing the rookie rules to just 130 ABs or less and 50 innings pitched or less now has 7 YES votes to 1 NO vote. This has passed, is official, and goes into effect immediately.
