VOTE: Expand FA Draft to 4 rounds?

This vote is to whether we should expand the FA Draft to 4 rounds. This needs 7 YES votes to pass. If it does pass, then there will be another vote as to whether or not it starts this season or next season.

5 teams have yet to vote here. This is to decide whether we're expanding the FA Draft to 4 rounds. And if it passes, there will be another vote to decide if it starts this season or next season. Needs 7 votes to pass. Currently we have 5 YES votes and 2 NO votes.
