It’s gaming the system before FA Draft.
A team should have everyone in proper spots before the draft. Just like we do before prospect draft. That is all I’m saying.
I can see points on both sides here. But with what the rules are currently, Ted hasn't done anything wrong. But Jason can absolutely propose a rule change next February and we can have a league vote on it. And same for hockey league too in August because we have the same rules in hockey league.
how is it gaming the system? I'm not drafting anybody! A guy is on my IL and came back during or just before the draft. Someone else went down and i moved him in. It's literally affecting no one or anything. Of all the issues this ain't it. I bet there's a decent chance there is a team drafting who have guys on IL that aren't even on IL anymore but unless someone is checking that multiple times daily it would be difficult to enforce
It’s fine. I give up. I’m saying in the future all players should be in proper spots before FA draft, which would include the IL and NA Spots.
We should just have all truly available players in the FA draft. I’ll propose a rule next season.
You shouldn’t be allowed to be over the roster limit regardless of picks in the FA draft.
