I had Luis Garcia on roster last year (non resign, former HOU P) and I just refreshed my spreadsheet and saw I forgot to mention anything about him, mainly cause I thought he would sign before the start of season. He signed a MiLB contract with the Yanks couple weeks ago.

Was not my intention to forget him, however I certainly did. Asking the league if they are alright with Royals keeping him on NIY? I understand due to the timeline if the league believes he should be true FA as I didn’t clarify before FA draft as well.

I accept any determination from the league.
