Rule Change Proposal
Proposing we can change franchises in less than 5 years but when doing so you do not have access to your new Franchises prospects until the following year. We have this in hockey and people like it. So for example:
Team changed affiliations in 2020 - under current rules they could not change again until 2025 season. Under proposed rule they could change this year and sit out protecting prospects of that new affiliation until 2024. This gives other owners a chance to draft from that teams prospect pool this year knowing that it will be occupied on 2024.
Sure, I'd also be open to moving the franchise window to 3 years in between org changes.
Anyone else in favor of what Steve is proposing. We have 3 teams saying they'd support it. If there's one more team that wants to support it, we'll put it up for a vote

Thanks dude! I had some ideas to spruce up the meesage board to make it look nicer, just need to find the time to send the directions to my web designer. Also, I'm pretty sure when we vote for stuff, we'll be able to do it with an actual poll, like Yahoo had before years ago
I vote no on this! I actually like the 5 year rule.
